Shipping & Returns

Soft Launch – May 22, 2025

During our soft launch period, orders placed between May 22 and June 15 will ship within 2–3 weeks. Thank you for your understanding.


We ship worldwide. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 5 business days. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Orders over €200 are automatically insured to provide added peace of mind during delivery

International Orders & Customs

Customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.


Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy worldwide. This means you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

In addition, all customers—regardless of location—benefit from a 14-working-day right of withdrawal. You may cancel or return your order within 14 working days, for any reason and without justification.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it,
  • Unworn or unused,
  • With original tags,
  • In the original packaging,
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at shop@agood-space.com so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants),
  • Custom or personalized items,
  • Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics),
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases,
  • Sale items,
  • Gift cards.

If you’re unsure about an item’s eligibility, feel free to contact us before proceeding.


Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the fastest way is to return your original purchase and place a new order after your return is accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
